Pam Paradiso, Director of Operations

Pam Paradiso, who joined PPC Associates in May 2011, has over 20 years of experience directing and managing front and back office operations for a consumer insights research firm. Over the course of her career, Pam has directed office administration, facilities, IT, field operations, and human resources; she has helped develop the growth of one company from start-up to a thriving consultancy of 65 employees and $16 million in annual revenues. Pam brings unlimited enthusiasm for small, growing companies and enjoys contributing to strong, cohesive company cultures. She is a persistent problem-solver and loves nothing more than revealing a good solution that makes a difference for another person or team. Pam is an avid tennis, hockey, golf, and auto racing fan and spends many weekends volunteering her time with Hospice patients and local community groups.
