Mai-Linh Lai joined PPC Associates in January 2011 after several years in the retail industry. Prior to delving into the world of paid search, she worked for Neiman Marcus on both the corporate buying side and the store management side. She graduated from Boston College with a degree in Finance and Marketing. She is fluent in Vietnamese.
